~~We are seeking a qualified individual to assist a Senior Financial Consultant in our Smithers office. The successful candidate will be professional, intelligent and energetic.
Main Responsibilities: Provide a superior level of administrative support; General office correspondence and client follow-up correspondence; Maintenance of CRM database (training provided); Organization, management, and maintenance of client filing system; Develop and manage schedules on a daily basis, schedule meetings and arrange client calls; Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters relating to the daily activities of the company.
Qualifications and Education: Knowledge of financial services industry an asset but not a requirement; Excellent English proficiency; Mutual funds and LLQP Life Insurance licensing will be encouraged within 6 months of start date
Required Experience: Administrative Assistant experience an asset but not a requirement
~~Skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook experience; Excellent Organization Skills, Time Management, Verbal and Written Communication is required; Ability to work in a team atmosphere
